Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in marketing administration, coordination, and procurement roles.
• Proven experience in event management.
• Stellar organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal finesse.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with marketing principles, campaign processes, and event coordination.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for the success of marketing events and activities.
• Efficiently manage administrative, marketing and procurement functions related to marketing events.
• Planning and execution of marketing events and activities. This includes coordinating logistics, venue selection, catering, and overall event execution.
