Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive business success? I’m currently seeking a Data Analytics Lead for my esteemed Telecom client in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the entire data lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security.
• Define and oversee data governance practices to maintain data quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand and meet data needs.
• Mentor and support team members in achieving their goals.
• Communicate the value of data-driven decision-making to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing (preferably Vertica).
• Experience in Digital transformation projects.
• Strong command over analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and apply data visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Project management skills to oversee data initiatives.
• Strategic mindset to develop and implement comprehensive data strategies.
• Experience in vendor management and selecting external service providers.
