Description:

Hiring Senior Architect

Location: Dubai, UAE

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop initial concept designs and detailed design drawings, ensuring accuracy up to the construction stage.
• Establish and maintain communication systems for outsourced jobs.
• Plan and monitor project delivery schedules.
• Handle EMAAR/DDA and relevant authority submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate with services, structure, and interior design teams to achieve the intended design.
• Address and solve site-related problems in coordination with relevant departments during construction.
• Maintain proper communication with clients to present and finalize designs.
• Document the entire lifecycle of the design for historical evaluation.
• Report man-hours spent on the project weekly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Fluency in English & Russian (spoken and written).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture. Experience in Dubai is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Candidate must be in UAE
• Experience in Highrise buildings
