Hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the organization’s talent acquisition needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential hires.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve the recruitment process by implementing innovative strategies and tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resource or Similar
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in Construction industry.
• Must be in UAE
