Qualifications or Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, with a significant portion preferred in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
