Are you a strategic and experienced HR professional with a passion for building a positive and productive work environment:

Tips & Toes, a leading company in Dubai, is searching for a talented HR Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing all aspects of the HR function and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or CIPD qualification (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) is a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR operations, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in payroll management, government relations, visa processing, and performance management.
• Prior experience working within the Middle Eastern business environment, ideally in the Government/Semi-Government sectors, is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative and results-oriented team player with a passion for employee engagement.
