Job Description:

• Asset Life Cycle Management: The candidate should have a deep understanding of the asset life cycle, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
• Vendor Management: The candidate should have experience in managing vendors and ensuring smooth operations.
• Cost Negotiations: The candidate should be able to negotiate costs effectively, ensuring that the organization obtains the best possible deals.
• Budget Management: The candidate should have experience in managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently.
• Cost Saving: The candidate should possess strong analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement the necessary changes.
• Stock Management: The candidate should have experience in overseeing and maintaining inventory levels.
• Oversee and Validate Asset Management Reports: The candidate should have a strong understanding of asset management reports and be able to validate the accuracy and completeness.
• Financial Review: The candidate should have a strong financial background and be adept at reviewing financial statements and reports.
• Review Process and Policies: The candidate should be able to identify areas of improvement and implement changes in processes and policies.
• Data Analysis and Presentation: The candidate should be proficient in analyzing data and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
• MIS Expertise: The candidate should have expertise in managing and maintaining information systems and databases.
• Good Rapport with Business Users: The candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with business users.
• Handle Escalations: The candidate should be capable of handling and resolving escalated issues in a timely manner.
• Handle Audits from INA, QMG, KPMG, Deloitte, etc.: The candidate should have experience in preparing and conducting audits from various regulatory bodies such as INA, QMG, KPMG, and Deloitte.
• Guide International Entities for Standard Process and Products: The candidate should have a deep understanding of international entities and be able to guide them in implementing standardized processes and products.
• Lead, manage and Implement initiatives.
• Preferred technical knowledge in the END User hardware.
