Job Role:

• Provide first-level support for Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Office 365, and other Microsoft applications, by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Assist end-users with software installations, configurations, and updates, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the help desk system, creating and updating technical documentation as needed.
• Monitor system performance and security, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure the stability and security of Microsoft environments.
