Hiring Warehouse Manager (Fresh Food Industry)

Location: Ras Al khor, Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring the quality and freshness of all food products.
• Oversee logistics, including transportation, distribution, and delivery schedules to meet customer demands.
• Implement effective inventory management techniques to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Lead and supervise a diverse team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse management within the fresh food industry in the UAE.
• Strong skills in warehouse maintenance, logistics, inventory management, and labor management.
• Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work in all shifts, including day and night shifts, with a 9-hour duty for 6 days a week.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
