We are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to join our team at Al Ghurair Investment in Dubai, UAE. As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring efficient sourcing of goods and services, maintaining supplier relationships, and preparing insightful dashboards and reports to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives.
• Source and procure goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to track procurement metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the mobility or automotive industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Ability to prepare insightful dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
