Main Job Purpose:

Applications Planning & Solutions Professional play as Moderator between business units and technical units to ensure
efficient requirements and deliverables, by realizing business requirements through technology and IT service delivery.
Play a project coordinator role with IT Project Managers to deliver the ICT strategic projects as planned considering the
timing, quality, and cost as per company standards and policy.

Duties & responsibilities:
Performing Initial business requirements analysis as received through change management tool that relevant to new
solution or service changes.
Play as focal point for all IT required services and solutions across Business functional departments.
Prepare requirements assessment and evaluation document to indicate the implementation feasibility.
Applying various Requirement gathering styles for different stakeholders.
Managing request’s priorities base on business needs, and resources availability.
Oversee the implementation of services and technology end to end.
Map Business requirements into technical representation for normal changes.
Map out tactics that fit the details of the requirements and their implementation.
Ensure that all new changes didn’t develop before revising the IT services portfolio.
Contribute in solution creation and provide technical recommendation when needed according to business
requirements with the concern team.
Identify opportunities for the process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
Support the BA team in solution creation for complex changes and implementation.
Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools.
Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies (waterfall/agile).
Ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Coordinating IT related projects, managing resources including team members, infrastructure, and technologies.
Support in project plans, timelines, activities, roadmaps, responsibility matrix documents and ensure timely closure of
projects Reporting, as per direction of the line manager.
Collect and analyze the project requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development/configuration team.
Support the Service Planning Expert in Service/Project delivery.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by line manager and related management.

− Knowledge about the IT Ecosystem Relation and service flow.

Job Requirements

Education:
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Computer
Engineering/Electrical/Electronics .
Training /Certificate:
ITIL v4.0 (Training, Certificate is plus).
PMP, Prince 2 (Training, Certificate is plus).
Business Analysis (Training, Certificate is plus)
Experience:
Minimum 3 Years as general working experience.
Minimum 1 year In Telecom and IT is Must.
