Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. As a Real Estate Agent, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, conduct property showings, negotiate contracts, and provide guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Provide guidance and expertise to clients throughout the real estate transaction process.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale.
• Stay up to date on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Valid real estate license in Dubai.
• UAE driving license is a must.
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and neighborhoods.
