Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria by identifying departmental vacancy requirements.
• Source potential candidates through online job portals, emails, existing databases, and professional networks.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screenings, online interviews, and face-to-face interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including updated resumes, contact details, current market salary, availability to join, and job roles.
• Organize and attend recruitment events.
• Understand the differences between various roles within organizations.
• Utilize hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
• Experience with phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks and job portals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in recruiting candidates in various industries.
