Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for keeping systems running smoothly?

LanceSoft is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Admin to join our team in Dubai! In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and security of our IT infrastructure.

About You:

• You possess 10+ years of experience as a System Administrator, with a proven track record of success.
• You have a deep understanding of Microsoft-based operating systems, particularly the latest versions of Windows Server.
• You’re adept at managing email archiving solutions and wielding scripting languages like VBScript and Shell Script for Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
• Your knowledge of DNS is extensive, and you have strong experience with enterprise backup solutions like EMC Networker with Data Domain and HP Data Protector.
• You possess a working knowledge of BlackBerry Servers, file servers, and complex share permission handling.
• You’re comfortable configuring and managing Windows clusters, including Exchange, File Server, and Print Clusters.
• Your understanding of proxy servers, particularly TMG servers in load-balanced mode, is in-depth.
• You’re well-versed in Office 365 and possess strong disaster recovery skills.
• You are currently based in the UAE and available for immediate hire.
